Event Coordinator

This position is responsible for the organization, management, and execution of all internal and external events. The main objectives of this role are to support Evolve IP’s direct and channel activities and Organizational development team by organizing and managing prospecting events and trade shows, supporting partner events and other external events participate, organizing Associate lunch and learns, and hosting training and prospect webinars.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree or certification in Hospitality, Event Planning, or Marketing, and is highly organized. He/she should have the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and work assignments from a variety of staff and volunteers. The person should have strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence others without formal authority.

Technical Support Specialist

This role is tailor made for someone who has a strong interest in assisting others, technology, strong interpersonal skills, strong problem solving skills, and enjoys customer interaction. Acting as a liaison for Evolve IP customers, he/she fields customer inquiries and works directly with Evolve IP team members to resolve any issues. The person also serves as the first line of defense for Evolve IP, providing first-level monitoring and troubleshooting of network anomalies, and performs internal and external escalations when necessary and appropriate.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have one to two years of customer service experience. He/she should have the ability and desire to learn technical concepts and applications, as well as hands-on experience with ticket or service desk systems. The person should have conflict resolution skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and work remotely.

Business Systems Analyst

This position functions as a liaison between Evolve IP’s Software Development team and the Product Development team, and is responsible for the maintenance and continued development of Evolve IP’s Customer Facing Technology applications and new applications to be designed as part of the Product Development Roadmap. Working directly with key stakeholders within the Product Development Team and often times with other Functional Areas (Departments), he/she will document product and functional requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or a related discipline, and have a technical background with project management skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required, as is proficiency in MS Office applications, most importantly Excel.
