The Clinic of Phoenixville Holding Tri-State Dance Showcase Fundraiser

Over 20 dance groups are expected to perform at the first-ever Tri-State Dance Showcase fundraiser hosted by The Clinic of Phoenixville at Phoenixville Area High School’s auditorium on June 11th, from 3 to 5 p.m. The money raised during the event will go towards much needed repairs on Phoenixville Clinic’s 150-year-old building to help it continue providing comprehensive medical care to the uninsured and underserved.

Thoma Bravo Acquires Wayne’s Elemica

Wayne based Elemica Inc., which was founded sixteen years ago as an e-marketplace by eight major chemical manufacturers has been acquired by private-equity firm, Thoma Bravo. The company, which now provides a broader supply-chain and logistics network, employs 75 people in Wayne and 200 worldwide, financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
