As the newest board member for the Chester County Historical Society, Commissioner Michelle Kichline adds to her resume of public service.

Chester County Commissioner Michelle Kichline will now help record the local history she’s making as one of the county’s top three decision-makers and the co-chair of the innovative VISTA 2025 economic development strategy. Kichline was just named to the Chester County Historical Society Board of Trustees, a West Chester Patch article by Justin Heinze reported.

A Berwyn resident and former Tredyffrin Township supervisor, Kichline’s leadership skills and government experience have benefitted other regional boards as well, including the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission, the Transportation Management Association of Chester County and the Greater Valley Forge Transportation Management Association.

The Historical Society appointment was announced this week.
