Shift Manager

This position will maintain quality standards, manage inventory and staff, and oversee daily operations and closing procedures. He/she is responsible for overseeing all phases of food procurement, production and service, including inventory and ordering, storage and rotation, food preparation, recipe adherence, and service and production time standards.

The ideal candidate will possess food-preparation and customer-service experience. He/she will have excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills. The person must have the ability to prioritize and effectively work through duties under pressure. He/she must be available to work 30-40 hours per week and on evenings and weekends.
