Project Manager

This position will establish and clearly communicate the execution plan in the form of a logical, networked project schedule. He/she will regularly update and review the schedule detail for onsite compliance, identify issues, and immediately address any and all delays with responsible trade(s). The person will have the ability to monitor and evaluate construction progress and trade performance and ensure all projects are completed within the contract time.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or construction management, and have approximately three years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager. He/she should have five to ten years of construction experience, and possess an OSHA 30-Hour Certification.

Estimator

This position reviews plans and architectural drawings, and prepares quantity take-offs on assigned projects. He/she will ensure a complete review of plans and drawings, and identify items that have been omitted and ensure appropriate accounting for such items in overall estimate package that represents the full scope of the project. The person will utilize appropriate software programs to calculate, record, and track estimates.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or construction management, and have approximately five years of experience in commercial or heaving construction, including three years of estimating experience. Excellent technical skills (understanding of computer software and hardware) are required.

Superintendent

This position will provide overall project site supervision of trade contractors, and monitor schedule, staffing, material deliveries, and quality control. He/she will develop and implement three-week work schedules, including the expediting of scheduled critical materials and equipment for their timely delivery to site. The person will obtain all necessary permits for temporary use and construction purposes, and coordinate as required the activities of third-party inspection agencies.

The ideal candidate will have six to ten years of construction experience, and will have worked on projects ranging in size from $10-50 million. He/she should possess an OSHA 30-Hour Certification, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). The person should have experience in working in Project Management Software applications (Primavera, ProLog, etc.).
