Joel L. Frank To Serve Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation as Board Chairman

By

Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation has found its new Chairman of the Board in Joel L. Frank, the Managing Partner and Executive Committee Chairman of Lamb McErlane PC. Frank was elected to the position after four years as a board member for the national non-profit charitable organization dedicated to fighting and finding a cure for pediatric cancer.

“I’m excited to serve in this new role and look forward to the enhanced responsibility of helping ALSF attain its mission,” said Frank. “It is a special organization with devoted employees and volunteers. I look forward to working with my fellow board members as Chair.”

Frank, who was profiled by VISTA Today in September, concentrates his practice at Lamb McErlane in commercial and civil litigation in state and federal courts. Also, in addition to providing counseling to corporate clients, he often serves as an arbitrator and mediator.

A holder of a JD from Widener University School of Law and an undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware, Frank is also very active in the community. He is a Commissioner on the Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission, and prior to that, served a two year term as the Chairman of the Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry. He is also the long-time Solicitor for the Republican Committee of Chester County and the Chester County Police Chiefs Association.

His expertise and professionalism are reflected in being given the “AV Preeminent” rating by Martindale-Hubbell, as well as being named annually for over a decade, a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for general litigation, a title only obtained by around 5% of Pennsylvania’s attorneys.
