Vice President for Academic Affairs
This position is directly responsible for all matters pertaining to the general academic welfare of the faculty and students. A spirit of innovation and entrepreneurialism and the ability to move quickly as the landscape of higher education changes is needed in this position.
Qualifications include a proven record of success in higher education, with a background of progression through the faculty ranks; a strong commitment to shared governance, transparency, and collegiality; a deep understanding of the mission of Catholic institutions; experience with the development and implementation of academic programs in tuition-driven institutions. A terminal degree, with an earned doctorate, is preferred.

Associate Director of Human Resources
This position will manage the day-to-day function of the department. Areas of responsibility include recruitment, employee relations, benefits, safety, compliance of all relevant employment laws and regulations, and employee recordkeeping.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have five to seven years of progressive HR experience in an exempt position. Higher-education experience is a plus, as well as PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SCP certifications.

Assistant Dean of Students for Community Standards
This position is a member of the student development and engagement staff reporting directly to the VPSDE/DOS. He/she serves as chief student conduct administrator, and coordinates and oversees the divisional student learning outcomes and divisional assessment. He/she may serve as a Title IX Deputy.
The ideal candidate will have a Master’s Degree and three to seven years of experience in community standards and student conduct in a college/university setting. The individual should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work with time-sensitive projects and in a fast-paced environment, all while remaining pleasant and professional.
