Assistant Controller

The position will manage the day-to-day accounting operations, and the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. He/she will train and develop staff, troubleshoot processing issues, and assist with annual audits and review. Other responsibilities include assisting with annual tax filings, managing intercompany and owner transactions, and creating, maintaining, and closing bank accounts and accounting properties.

The ideal candidate will possess a BS/BA in Accounting. (CPA license is preferred, but not required.) He/she must be experienced in public accounting, ideally with exposure to audit and tax management. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time to produce quality results within tight timeframes is required. The person will have the proven ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.

Leasing and Marketing Professional

This position is dedicated to providing excellent customer service, and strives to meet or exceed the community’s resident retention and prospect conversion goals by building a sense of community and high quality lifestyle for residents. Responsibilities include responding to all resident inquiries, service requests, and issues/concerns in a timely manner, as well as creating and distributing work orders to the Tenant Services team. He/she should actively utilize social media channels to engage existing residents, foster communication, and promote community events.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, and one or more years of experience in the hospitality industry working in a customer-service role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) is required. The person must also have strong Internet/Social Media/Marketing skills.
