Having recently celebrated its 30th anniversary, Acero Precision is a rapidly growing organization that specializes in the manufacturing and assembly of complex, close-tolerance products. The company’s range of clients include the Medical Device, Motorsport, and Analytical industries. Acero is currently building a state-of-the-art facility in West Chester and has the following positions available:
CNC Machinist – Night Shift
This position will operate two or three machines during normal production, and maintain production goals through attention to the machining process from start to finish. Parts should be inspected, deburred, properly tagged, and moved to the next operation in an efficient manner. The person will maintain visual perception of a finished product and have the ability to recognize an out-of-tolerance surface finish, burrs, or any other machining defects.
The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of CNC machining experience working several machines simultaneously. He/she should have experience working with Mazak Lathes/Machining Centers or Star Swiss Style Lathes or equivalents. The person should also have experience producing parts once machines are set without support from engineering. A strong commitment to detail and error-free performance is required.

Logistics and Inventory Control Specialist
This position is responsible for the entire life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources. He/she will maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and organization of the inventory and shipping areas. All instruments to be kept in perfect order and restored as required. The person will also maintain and develop positive business relationships with a customer’s key personnel involved in or directly relevant to a logistics activity.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration with a focus in project management. A minimum of three to five years of experience in large, multi-year logistics projects is required. The person must possess excellent customer service skills, attention to project detail, and the development of alternative plans to ensure satisfactory deliver of supplies, material, and equipment in accordance with contract terms.

Building Maintenance Technician
The maintenance team is responsible for providing a clean, safe, and organized environment in which manufacturing operations take place. Building maintenance includes a wide variety of repair and upkeep tasks, plus an aggressive and continuous program of improvements to the facility. The shop floor is to be organized where the building maintenance tech follows the philosophy that “There is a place for everything and everything is in its place.”
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or have the equivalent experience in mathematics. Three or more years of experience in one or more trades is required. The person should be willing to work 50 or more hours weekly, and potentially two Saturdays per month.
