Senior Financial Service Representative – Floater (Thorndale)

This position will recognize opportunities to promote or cross-sell the company’s products and services as a means for serving customers’ financial needs and meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual sales goals. He/she will service customers through a variety of channels, and develop and maintain relationships with business partners and specialists in other departments.

The candidate will possess a high school diploma, and have one or more years of sales and face-to-face customer service experience. He/she must meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including successful completion of the required background checks and obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS.

Financial Service Representative/Teller (Thorndale, Downingtown, and Eagle)

There are three openings for this position. Responsibilities include informing and cross-selling the company’s products and services to members to enhance their banking experience and to fulfill their current and future needs. He/she will recognize and initiate up-sell opportunities to increase and maintain long-term Citadel relationships, while meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and semiannually sales goals. The person will accurately perform customers’ financial transactions by producing quality work.

The candidate must have a high school diploma and at least six months of sales, cash-handling, and customer-service experience. He/she should have computer skills, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.
