Customer Service Representative

This position interacts with customers (both internal and external) via phone, fax, and e-mail to provide information in response to inquiries, to resolve issues, and to handle requests. He/she must be knowledgeable in all facets of the company, and be able to handle multiple tasks at once. The person will schedule pick-ups, track shipments, and provide shipment ETAs, rate quotes, and freight charges.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of customer-service experience. He/she should have basic typing skills and computer literacy in a Windows-based environment. The person will also have knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as scheduling flexibility to meet the needs of the business, including early morning hours, evening hours, and non-traditional holidays.

Biller

This position is responsible for entering information from bills into the computer system, as well as verifying the information entered by billers. The position’s start time is weekdays from 5-6 PM.

Candidate must successfully complete a typing test to be considered for the position. He/she will have good analytical skills and attention to detail, as well as strong computer and data-entry skills.
