Direct Support Professional – Berwyn

This position will provide support and assistance to adult individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He/she will ensure Individuals are safe, healthy, and living in a clean environment. The person will also assist and support in the planning, implementation, and documentation of programs designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of Individuals. Other duties include accompanying individuals on community life outings, medical appointments, and other activities.

The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma and preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. He/she should have one year of human-service experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. The person must be empathetic, a team player, flexible, energetic, and creative.

Behavior Analyst (Board Certified) – Downingtown

The position will conduct FBAs with team assistance, develop PBSPs with team assistance, and train classroom staff on PBSP implementation. He/she will advise teachers and train classroom staff on instructional plans, and train all staff on ABA principles and other topics related to autism services. The person will also provide feedback to classroom teachers for IEP development and student assessment activities.

The candidate must have a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field, and be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCBA-D. He/she must have strong applied behavior analysis skills and significant experience working with children/adolescents/adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders.

Mental Health Technician Lead – Malvern

This position will perform patient care activities/services for assigned patient, and assist in maintaining a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional, and personal needs of patients. He/she will provide leadership, guidance, and support to the assigned unit and serve in a mentoring role for Direct Support Professional. The person may be asked to assume the role and duties of shift supervisor.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in an area of human services, which includes sociology, psychology, criminal justice, etc. He/she should have one year of human-service experience. Non-degreed candidates must have a high school diploma, plus 12 college credits in a related field, and two years of direct-care experience. The person must be empathetic, a team player, energetic, creative, and a positive role model.
