Operations Manager

This position is responsible for overseeing all operations within the branch and supervising and motivating teams of employees. He/she will manage reports, statistical analysis, and daily P&L reporting, and ensure that quality standards are consistently met. The person will communicate with various levels of management and customers to ensure that customer expectations are met and issues are resolved.

It is preferred that the candidate possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations or a related field, and has five years of management experience (preferably in a production or service environment). He/she will have proven operations experience within a high volume and fast-paced environment, and proven team building and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate others.

Product Manager – Accessory Product Line & Strategic Planning

This position will offer support to the engineering team to work to create new designs for the CTDI telecom accessory business. A portion of this role will be spent in the lab working to create new product designs to support customer needs. He/she will act as a point of contact (POC) for the customer on basic design concepts of new products, and will monitor project performance to customer requirements and expectations.

It is preferred that the candidate possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, project management, or a related discipline, and has three to five years in a position that required customer interaction. He/she must have stellar verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, report preparation, and data analysis.

Sustainability Coordinator

This position will support the company’s sustainability initiatives by overseeing the data collection management and tracking/measuring results related to Corporate energy and waste reduction goals. He/she will also assist in a range of sustainability program responsibilities, including responding to customer RFPs, maintaining and achieving environmental and sustainability accreditations, and developing innovative ways to implement sustainability programs throughout the company’s domestic branches.

The candidate will possess a college degree and have experience working with a multi-location corporation on implementing sustainability programs.
