
Business Manager (Brandywine)
This position will operate under the direction of the Association’s Controller and serve as the liaison between the branch and the Association’s Finance department with regard to all financial matters. The Business Manager will ensure all business procedures are followed at the branch, specifically petty-cash processing and control of branch purchase orders. This person is also responsible for the registration, billing, and collections of all branch child care and camp registrations.
It is preferred that the candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Two or more years of related business management or office management experience is required. The candidate must have a thorough understanding of basic accounting concepts and applications including cash reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Family Programs Director (Lionville)
This position will operate under the direction of the Executive Director and is responsible for overseeing the development and operations of the following areas: Enrichment Programming, First Friday Family Night, Family Fun Weekends, Specialty Camps, SNAP (Special Needs Adaptive Programming), and more. Administrative duties include working as a member of the leadership team, staff supervision, program development, fiscal management, program promotion, and quality assurance.
The candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and preference will be given to those who have two years of direct supervisory experience in child/youth or family programming.
