The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board is letting more of the good stuff flow from a major renovation at West Chester’s newly re-opened Fine Wine & Good Spirits Store, and it’s meant to flow easily and directly to customers.

The expansion within the Shoppes at Dilworthtown Crossing revolves around a face-to-face information center for answers, promotions and recommendations for vintages, food pairings, party planning, calories and responsible drinking. It also features state-of-the-art LED and CFL lighting, a Made in Pennsylvania section for local offerings and more space to showcase shelves brimming with 1,700 wines and nearly 1,000 spirits.

“Making Fine Wine & Good Spirits stores more appealing and customer-focused not only improves shoppers’ in-store experience today, but the investments in more enticing facilities will also deliver significant long-term dividends to the state,” PLCB Chairman Tim Holden said recent Daily Local News coverage of the establishment’s ribbon-cutting ceremony.
