Senior Business Systems Analyst

This position will provide expert level analysis of IT business needs and will work on critical systems with the largest numbers of interfaces and users. He/she will translate business needs into system and software requirements, and write requirements documents. The person will also participate in Change Control Board activities to ensure system specifications are met, and will identify the risks and interface issues that may result from approval or rejection of changes.

The candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience. He/she will have eight years of BSA or systems analysis experience, including a preferred three years of technical writing experience. The person will also have a broad knowledge of the financial-services industry, and will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.

Corporate Tax Accountant – State & Local

This position will file state corporate income, franchise, real estate, and gross premiums tax. He/she will assist in quarterly calculation of corporate tax provision, including variance analysis and periodic projections. The person will maintain a comprehensive tax calendar for state and local filing requirements, and establish excellent working relationships with peers, management, and internal clients.

The candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or have the equivalent combination of training and experience. He/she will have a minimum of three years in industry or public accounting, including one year directly related to accounting or tax experience. CPAs are preferred, and those with federal tax experience are a plus. The person must be familiar with People Soft general ledger system.

Database Administrator

This position will work closely with developers and logical data modelers to perform physical database design for business applications/databases with an intermediate number of interfaces and users. He/she must resolve issues elevated from staff with less experience, and perform day-to-day monitoring and optimizing. The person will administer and maintain the production, test, and development databases.

The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience. He/she must have a minimum of two years of general-business experience and one year of experience as a DBA or business systems analyst. The person will also have working knowledge of current versions of the following products: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, UNIX Shell Scripting, Lotus Notes, and Microsoft Office Suite.
