Financial Analyst

This position will support the Business Planning and Analysis team by assisting with operational and capital budgeting, internal financial analysis and reporting, and budget variance reporting activities. He/she will work with finance and client groups to assist in the coordination, analysis, and follow-up of the annual operational budgeting process by supporting the development of operational budget files for all relevant areas of the company.

The candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, and have two-plus years of progressive financial reporting and/or corporate financial planning and analysis experience within a complex, multi-entity multi-national environment. He/she will also have strong computer skills with the ability to develop sophisticated financial models and write macro commands. SAP experience is highly preferred.

Finance Business Partner – Customer Service & Experience

This position will lead the business decision support of financial budgeting, management reporting, and analysis for Customer Service and Experience (CS&E) function. He/she will provide direct support to the U.S. leader of the CS&E function and support the execution and measurement of results and business initiatives. The person will also interpret financial and performance metrics and reporting and deliver analysis to optimize performance.

The candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting – a Master’s Degree is preferred – and have five to eight years of financial and/or operations experience. He/she will have a strong financial acumen and an appreciation for the potential impact on other business units throughout the company. The person will also have strong analytical skills, and the ability to compile and analyze data contained in analytic tools to identify problems and possible solutions.

VP Corporate Finance

This position will assist in creating the vision for the Supply Chain and Customer Contact Centers of the future. He/she will create efficiencies and drive productivity and influence optimization strategies. The person will also develop goals and strategy to support and align with long-term vision of the Customer & Business Service organization. He/she will develop annual budget and integration of strategies and long-range financial plan.

The candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Merchandising or a related field. (MBAs are preferred.) He/she will have 12 to 15 years of leadership experience leading a global Finance team in financial analysis, merchandising/merchandise financial planning, reporting and analysis, consolidations, or a related activity. One to two years of Supply Chain experience is a plus.
