National Sales Account Manager

The person in this position will be responsible for closing sales with new customers and achieving revenue growth in existing accounts by being creative with his/her selling approach. The person will be a strong negotiator and will implement sound selling strategies that are specific to each account. He/she will establish new relationships and build upon existing relationships with buyers and brokers.

The ideal National Sales Account Manager must possess an Associate’s Degree or the equivalent and a minimum of three to five years of related experience. The candidate must be proficient with Excel and MS Office Suite, own a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and be flexible with overnight travel. Overall, he/she must have a professional, yet persistent sales strategy with strong forward-thinking skills.

Category Analyst

This person will be responsible for gathering insight and information from various sources, interpreting data, formulating reports and making recommendations based upon research findings. Possible outcomes from this person’s recommendations might include expanding the company’s offerings, entering new markets, changing value offering, promotion types, or modification to package design.

The ideal Category Analyst will possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in business, math, or the sciences and a minimum of three to five years of market analysis experience. The candidate must have strong analytic, critical-thinking, and communication skills and be an expert in Excel, PowerPoint, and IRI data sources.

Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Specialist’s responsibilities include preparation of payroll checks, maintenance of tax withholding rates, verification of commission pay, monitoring vacation and sick days for hourly employees, and submission of direct deposits to banks. The individual in this position will need to have working knowledge of JD Edwards database.

The ideal Payroll Specialist will possess an Associate’s Degree or the equivalent related to Accounting, Business, or Human Resources and two to five years of payroll experience. He/she must be proficient with Excel and MS Office Suite and have knowledge of payroll, wage, and tax laws.
