IT Project Coordinator – Malvern

This position will be the focal point for IT-related projects, and adhere to common systems and applications. He/she will work with the Acme Business Teams for implementations while providing communications between them and the IT community. The person will also define requirements for standard services and/or solutions for IT issues, and coordinate mergers/acquisitions and business reorganizations.

The candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a business-related area and/or the equivalent work experience within retail IT. He/she will have three to five years of internal or external experience with technology systems, hardware, and retail applications. The person must also have excellent customer-service skills.

Manager of Real Estate – Malvern

This position will represent the company in all real-estate transactions within an assigned geographic territory. He/she will evaluate prospective sites for new store locations, remodel/expansions, and fuel centers, and will make recommendations to corporate managements. The person will meet agreed-upon goals and objectives set by the Associate and Real-Estate Director.

The candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis on business or a related field, and have previous experience as a Real-Estate Representative with a company. He/she will also have three to five years of experience in real estate and market research. The person must also be a self-starter with an ownership attitude.
