Business Team Manager

Mars Drinks seeks a Business Team Manager to be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic business objectives and delivery of sales and profit targets for assigned National Account(s).  The role will have responsibility for the profitability of the National Accounts, including overheads, marketing spend, and other related areas.  This individual must develop effective and productive working relationships with key stakeholders of the National Account(s) in each of the business sectors to drive optimal penetration and mutual growth, effectively managing the entire business of the National Account(s).

The ideal Business Team Manager will have a Bachalor’s or MBA degree and at least 5 years of business to business sales experience with at least two years of Major account experience.

Product Assurance Project Manager

Mars Drinks seeks a Product Assurance Project Manager to ensure product safety and quality, NSV growth, lead continuous improvement projects to deliver cost savings and increased value to the Drinks, and delivery of new product launches meets the consumer requirements and reliability in the market.  The criticality of this role is to ensure compliance to Mars Corporate and Drink segment standards, support productivity initiatives, deliver efficiency to the business and lead transition to move the site ISO17025 certification.

The ideal Product Assurance Project Manager candidate will have a degree in Food Science or related discipline, have experienced working with laboratory techniques and equipment and have strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills.

Supply Chain & Logistics Manager

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the overall management of the planning & systems function within the supply chain environment.  Once hired the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager will be accountable for setting up logistic processes with smooth operation flow to meet the requirement of on-going development and implementation of the company’s strategic plan.  The job exists to collaborate with Mars Drinks Supply Chain Functions (NA & ROW) and direct and indirect customers to determine business needs for new or enhanced systems and/or applications for order fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, planning and manufacturing.

The Supply Chain & Logistics Manager at Mars Drink should have a Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Operations Management/ Industrial Engineering or at least 7 years of relevant work experience in operations or manufacturing and 5 to 7 Years supply chain management experience in the fast moving consumer goods industry.
