Executive Director, Bridge of Hope Lancaster & Chester Counties

Bridge of Hope which assist single mothers with dependent children experiencing homelessness to secure permanent housing and regain their financial footing, seeks an Executive Director to provide leadership and direction focused on implementation of the organization’s strategic goals and objectives. Once hired, the executive Director will lead development and fundraising, serve as an ambassador of BoH LCC’s mission, provide staff leadership, support Board Development and strategic planning and oversee the program execution and client service delivery.

The Executive Director candidate should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Service or related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership position, preferably in the non-profit management, fundraising and development field. Knowledge of issues of poverty and homelessness is essential as are excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and exemplary personal, financial and ethical standards.

Economic Development Program Administrator, Coatesville Area Partners for Progress

Chester County’s Department of Community Development has an opening for an Economic Development Program Administrator who will report to the Coatesville Area Partners for Progress (CAPP) and will oversee all projects associated with the Coatesville 2nd Century Alliance Initiative as assigned.

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience plus considerable knowledge of community development, business development and public administration is required. A working knowledge of municipal zoning and infrastructure and planning programs and processes and a proven track record in managing projects is essential as is the abilitity to communicate effectively to groups and individuals and establish working relations with other organizations and economic
development practitioners.

Operations Manager, Coatesville Youth Initiative

Coatesville Youth Initiative is looking for someone with demonstrated experience managing the administrative functions of an organization, has exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines with a high level of efficiency and productivity.

The Operations Manager must have a minimum of four (4) years experience, a pleasant demeanor and embrace Coatesville Youth Initiative guiding principles.
