With several finishing touches still to complete after it passed its health inspection at the beginning of this month, the process is moving forward quickly as the clocks ticks down to the time when owner Adbul Elkhouly can reveal his newest establishment.

Located on the edge of the West Chester University campus on South High Street, the Rams Diner is designed mainly for the nearby student community with free WiFi for its customers. There is also a nice additional touch as the location provides electrical outlets in every booth. This gives hungry students the chance to finish assignments, get together in relaxed study groups or just socialize, while at the same time enjoying a bite to eat at any hour.

Casual dining establishments are nothing new to Elkhouly and his brother Rageb, as this marks the fourth establishment that they have owned in Chester County. They are also the architects of the Double D Diner in Coatesville which they have run successfully for fifteen years, The Lions Share Diner, a well known Exton location since 2007 and the three year old Downingtown Diner which gained instant fame after its appearance in the Blob movie.
