Patient Care Facilitator

Paoli Hospital seeks a Patient Care Facilitator (PCF) to collaborate with the Patient Care Manager to ensure safe, efficient and economical patient care in the department.  The PCF facilitates the provision of patient care needs through assessment of the patient and family needs, communicating with other health team members, lateral integration of care, including crossing service lines and disciplines, to achieve quality of care goals, and appropriate length of stay.  The ideal PCF candidate has specialized knowledge in horizontal leadership and is accountable for the management of the care environment and is proficient in the delivery of complicated nursing care, acting as a resource to others.

The PCF will be a graduate of a an accredited school of professional nursing have a BSN or higher Nursing degree required and be able to communicate proficiently in English to perform job duties and have 3-5 years clinical experience in area of expertise.

Registration Specialist

Paoli Hospital seeks a Registration Specialist to serve as the initial contact for patients entering the Main Line Health System through various portals within the organization.  The Registration Specialist acts as ambassadors for patient education as it relates to financial responsibility, customer service, service recovery and follow through for patient satisfaction and is responsible for accurate data input ensuring all financial and regulatory requirements are met.

The ideal Registration Specialist will have a high school diploma and a minimum of two years registration experience in a medical setting is preferred.  Knowledge of personal computer and relevant software applications is required.  Two years working in customer service is required.  Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance and third party reimbursement preferred.

Senior Security Engineer

Main Line Health seeks a Security engineer to work in their Berwyn data center.  Working under the direction of the Director of Information Security, the Sr. Security Engineer provides expertise in the acquisition, adoption, and deployment of enterprise security and risk management tools as well as consultative advice and assistance to other teams, ensuring that Information Security is part of technology processes at all levels.

A minimum of ten years of technology experience associated with firewalls, networking, intrusion detection, network scanning, vulnerability assessments, enterprise log management, and related tools and a BS degree in Computer Science or related discipline is required.  The ideal candidate will have experience developing and supporting a complex technical infrastructure, as well as budgeting and planning a large network environment.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work closely with IT to explain complex topics is essential.
