Growing Kennett Square waste disposal firm Wm. P. McGovern will literally clean up after Pepsi in its former West Goshen bottling plant. McGovern recently struck a deal to lease the nearly 70,000-square-foot facility on Route 202 for its new corporate headquarters, according to a Daily Local News report.

“The 13.938-acre property offers McGovern potential expansion opportunities to coincide with the company’s continued growth,” KarMar Realty Group Executive Vice President Justin M. Soss said in the article. “The location and access to several major roadways made the building a logical choice for their center of operations.”

McGovern is expected to consolidate its Kennett Square and Eagle locations into the new HQ.

The multi-state company is accustomed to cleaning up messes; it offers residential, commercial and industrial waste disposal services, including septic pumping, high-pressure cleaning, floor drain cleaning, waste oil disposal and a host of maintenance and repair services for “car dealerships, car wash businesses, schools, daycare centers, shopping centers, malls, hospitals and nursing facilities,” the article noted.
