IT Project Manager

Bentley Systems is seeking an IT Project Manager to ensure the success of Bentley’s IT Project Portfolio through the creation of an environment that allows the teams to focus on their projects by providing collaborative business group participation. Once hired, the Project Manager will contribute to the continued use and improvement of IT Project Office methodologies, ensuring the core set of project practices are followed, with some additional and more detailed practices being used for strategic projects, and manage multiple projects in parallel.

The qualified applicant will have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, and at least 7 years work experience in a project management capacity.

Success Factors and Business Analyst

Bentley Systems is looking for a Success Factors and Business Analyst who will be the primary liaison to the Bentley Systems business community leveraging technical knowledge and leadership to drive improvements to business processes and technology solutions in SAP and Cloud products. The Analyst will work with users and business stakeholders during blueprint, realization, go-live and support phases of projects, and integrate the modules that are their core area of expertise with other modules in SAP ERP, SAP CRM, and third party talent software.

The qualified applicant must have at least 3 years in Success Factors or SAP functional analyst experience and hands on experience configuring at least 2 of Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Succession, Workforce Analytics or the SAP HCM modules.

Cloud Systems Administrator

Bentley Systems is seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator to support Bentley’s hosted solutions which includes Operations level cloud environment design engineering, implementation and troubleshooting, and collaborate with different departments including Managed Services and Development.

The qualified applicant will have 3 years experience and understanding of the technologies including Computer Cloud platforms, Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS. Effective communicator with solid writing skills is required.
