Aavalar Consulting, in Malvern, is expanding its sales and looking to hire a full-time Staffing Sales Executive. The successful candidate can communicate company values to senior technology executives in mid-size and fortune 500 companies and manage and nurture existing client accounts. Once hired, the Staffing Sales Executive will identify, contact and develop viable business accounts in order to create new business revenue, and participate in weekly business development reviews with the Executives and entire Talent Management team.

The qualified applicant must have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding financial targets, proven ability to drive the sales process within assigned markets, and excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. At least four years experience in information technology staffing sales required.

Sr. Director of Information Technology

Aavalar Consulting, in Malvern, is seeking a Sr. Director of Information Technology who will work with senior management to define business goals and align the IT department with those goals. The Director of Information Technology will serve as the point person for IT standards, and priorities for enterprise systems including web sites, accounting systems, CRM, LMS, and database analytics. The Director will ensure that network and data security is managed effectively, and introduce and enforce best practices and industry standard methodologies to the IT organization.

The ideal candidate will have ten years of management experience leading IT staff, have experience in a MS SQL Server environment, experience in virtualization – VMWare, and storage area networks – SAN such as EMC.

Windows Systems Administrator

Aavalar, in Malvern, has an immediate opportunity for a Windows Systems Administrator. This individual will be responsible for supporting all of the corporate hardware and software infrastructure from servers, routers, switches, and firewalls to desktops, laptops and mobile devices. The IT Administrator will be responsible for maintaining network and servers to ensure little or no downtime, providing data security, firewall configuration and file permission restrictions, troubleshooting LAN and WAN, and monitoring and resolving application issues.

The qualified applicant will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology or related field, at least three years as a system administrator, have experience with MS Windows Server, enterprise web security and backup products.
