Infor, in Malvern, is seeking a Product Support Analyst to provide application and technical support to customers, answer complex questions on function and usage of product via the telephone and/or the internet. The Product Support Analyst will serve in primarily functional capacity for support of a complex ERP product, as well as several complimentary components of the Infor technology suite, serve as primary support liaison between company and customer, and document incidents, knowledge base articles, and defects in required tracking systems.

The qualified applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science or have experience in functional area, prior experience in related industry or software/application support, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Senior Project Manager

Infor, in Malvern, is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Project Manager to help score and launch a new globally supported platform that offers custom web experiences focused on transactional functions for specific industries. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the development of specific products within Infor Rhythm Cloud Suite, mentoring other Project Managers, and managing and utilizing offsite and offshore teams, vendors and resources.

The qualified applicant must have at least 8 years of experience as a Project Manager, with knowledge of web technologies and an understanding of project methodology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Infor, in Malvern, is looking for a Software Development Manager to lead a team of front-end and back-end developers for the next generation of e-commerce and business applications in the Cloud.
