Senior Financial Audit Manager

Siemens has an opportunity available as a Senior Financial Audit Manager, which offers hands-on experience identifying and solving issues that have an impact on important business decisions across Siemens globally. The Financial Audit Manager will lead highly complex engagements and coordinate the execution of the audit scope across multiple sites, supervise direct reports and promote their professional development through mentoring, career coaching, and participation in the Performance Management Process.

The qualified applicant must have a strong academic background including a bachelor’s degree in a business related course of study, and 8 years of relevant audit and/or transaction services/financial due diligence experience in industries similar to Siemens. IT Server Administrator

Siemens is seeking an IT Server Administrator. This Information Technology Specialist position is in the Syngo US’s Process Support team. This position is an excellent opportunity to be part of an experienced R&D team creating workflow products and advanced clinical image analysis tools for the largest customers in the world. The Server Administrator will be responsible for the support and configuration of monitoring solutions such as SCCM and Virtual Center, lead and implement the roll out of new tools and processes, while actively contributing to ongoing process improvement activities.

The qualified applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or an equivalent combination of course work/experience. Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills with attention to detail required.

Strategy & Transformation Manager

Siemens is looking for someone with a strong consulting background who can leverage data to forecast trends, deliver a compelling business case to initiate change and ultimately transform People Analytics at Siemens. The Strategy & Transformation Manager will be responsible for establishing the business intelligence approach and applying analytical thought-leadership to Human Capital initiatives across the U.S. An immediate area of focus involves collaborating with C-suite leaders to develop business proposals and communication materials.

The qualified applicant must have at least ten years of successful progressive experience including five years in Management Consulting/ Human Capital Analytics roles. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. The ideal candidate must be a team player who is flexible and adaptable to be able to thrive in a fast paced and changing environment.
