Applications Engineer

The Applications Engineer will report to the Applications Engineering Manager and review customer provided requirements document and identify areas of non-compliance and recommend how they can be met. Once hired the Application Engineer will configure various solution alternatives combining Omega’s own machines with commercially available sub-systems, with attendant cost analysis, including internal engineering effort (done in conjunction with those function heads) and with complete attendant cost/price analysis.

The ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years experience in the role of engineering support of customer sales, and have the ability to work in 3D and 2D CAD environments, related to design of electro-mechanical systems, preferably using Solidworks and AutoCAD, in an automated machinery business.

Mechanical Designer

The Mechanical Designer will be responsible for completing mechanical design of OMEGA machines’ individual assemblies and components, detailed tolerance of 2D drawings, including many commercial component selections and their integrations.

The qualified applicant must have minimum 3 years experience in 3D and 2D CAD product design of electro-mechanical systems, preferably Solidworks and AutoCAD, preferably in an automated machinery business, and a working design knowledge of weldment structures, sheet metal and precision machined components.

Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager is directly responsible for the overall administration and coordination of the Human Resources function. Once hired, the qualified applicant will plan/organize the activities of the department, participate in and conduct annual salary surveys and analyze compensation, monitor performance evaluation program/ revise as necessary as well as develop, recommend, and implement personnel policies and procedures.

The optimal candidate must have experience in a manufacturing environment, a Bachelor’s Degree, and five years Human Resources experience. The Manager must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret common human resource information, reports and legal documents.
