Senior Client Success Representative

The Senior Client Success Representatives act as a single point of contact for each of our clients, allowing PrimePay to be more responsive, more proactive and more effective in helping clients manage their staff at every stage of the employee lifecycle.

The qualified applicant will have 3+ years experience in payroll processing or experience in a customer service or financial environment. The optimal candidate must have an aptitude for technology or a comfort with software systems.

SQL Application Developer

The successful SQL Application Developer at PrimePay will code and implement using T-SQL within an application framework that highly leverages Microsoft SQL Server. This developer will participate and build out of application content including business critical functionality and will provide maintenance and production support throughout the life cycle.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required for this position. The qualified applicant must have experience in relational database design and programming and at least 3 years experience using MS SQL Server T-SQL programming.

Manager, Client Implementation, Benefit Systems

The primary responsibility of the Manager, Client Implementation, Benefit Systems is to create an environment that provides exceptional customer service to our clients and partners while also providing a great work experience and leadership for the PrimePay HR Services team. The Manager will set the strategy to align with company goals relative to growth, cultivate professional relationships and generate results utilizing the experienced team of business partners that you’ll lead and work in unison with while continually cultivating new leaders.

The qualified applicant must have experience in a managerial and thought leadership role, have the ability to outline a vision and engage teams to follow and execute, have knowledge of benefits administration and/or exchange platforms, and have experience working with insurance carriers.
