Analytical Technician-ICP

The Analytical Technician is responsible for designing and/or preparing standards, verifying samples according to procedures and testing requirements, ensuring compliance to quality protocols, and preparing and analyzing samples according to prescribed procedures and supervisory requirements for both routine and non-routine sample analyses.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry preferred. The qualified applicant must have a working understanding of monolithic flow through catalyst technologies and the processes used in their manufacture, introductory knowledge of analytical techniques with skill in ICP, its operating software, and the related analysis and preparation procedures and equipment.

Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager manages the site Human Resource function including directing and controling the administration of company policy and programs in the following areas: employment, wage and salary administration, recruitment, compliance, personnel administration, and employee relations and communications.

The qualified applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, management or other related discipline. A minimum of 10 years of human resource experience with at least 6 years of management accountabilities, and practical human resources experience at the plant and business unit level of a manufacturing company with unionized employees is required for this position.

Process Engineer

The Process Engineer is accountable for effective technology transfer, process design, process optimization, and process control, as well as operations support for new and existing facilities and processes and developing process design packages for facilities, processes, or improvements.

The qualified applicant must have a Bachelors degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, have a familiarity with statistical methods for data analysis, and have strong mechanical, analytical, and technical skills.
