Commercial and SEC Paralegal

The Commercial and SEC Paralegal will draft and negotiate West and third party confidentiality agreements, respond to comments on confidentiality agreements, partner with other paralegals/lawyers to meet business and customer objectives through drafting, analyzing and negotiation of various commercial agreements such as product agreements, supply and distribution agreements and other contractual matters. The SEC Paralegal works with confidentiality agreements and provides contract support to commercial contracts team including drafting, reviewing, revising and archiving contracts and managing the workflow and approval process.

The qualified applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in an accredited paralegal program or comparable legal education, 3 or more years of paralegal or business experience drafting and analyzing legal documents.

Manager, Supply Chain Projects

Based at the company’s global headquarters in Exton, the Manager of Supply Chain Projects drives projects and activities which support implementation of a global supply chain road-map and enablement of the division’s business strategy. Effective and intense collaboration with other members of the supply chain group and across other functions and regions is fundamental to this role and requires strong inter-cultural and communication skills.

An advanced university degree and typically 5+ years of experience in various supply chain functions at a manufacturing company are required. The person applying for this position should be knowledgeable in SAP R3, and MS Office. Advanced project management capabilities and a track record demonstrating the ability to drive change are a must.

Senior Technical Account Specialist

The Senior Technical Account Specialist supports multi-national accounts (business teams) and other customers as required as well as provide technical assistance and assist in identifying and closing sales opportunities. This individual will also coordinate and administer projects, teams and studies in applicable technical areas.

The ideal candidate will have a BS Degree in a Technical field (Chemistry/Biology/Enineering) or Master’s and 1 to 3 years of experience. Experience in technical support, analytical laboratory, research/development, or engineering role is required. This position does require some travel.
