Corporate Counsel

The Corporate Counsel at CubeSmart will deliver clear, practical and responsive legal counsel and advice to corporate departments on operational, corporate and securities matters and other corporate compliance requirements and governance matters while facilitating the execution of the company’s business goals and strategies.

The ideal candidate must be customer and client focus and have a broad overview experience in intellectual property law, including trademark law and IP rights. Developed knowledge of the design and functional responsibilities of an organization, including corporate policy relating to acceptable business practices is essential for this position.

Sales Center Analyst

The Sales Center Analyst will support the sales center in the development of processes and metrics to track ongoing sales center performance. Responsibilities include call handling metrics and full business-partner support of sales center leadership in pursuit of profitable sales center initiatives, design/development/automation of standard business reports, including various filter functionalities as well as the ability to export results for further presentation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors in Business Administration or a related field and superior oral/writen communication skills as well have the ability to perform trend analysis/forecasting/staffing reports.  Knowledge of Workforce Management system is preferred.

Marketing Analytics Manager

The Marketing Analytics Manager will lead the ongoing development and advancement of CubeSmart’s online and offline marketing analytics efforts, lead the design, structuring, and implementation of targeted marketing experiments (A/B tests, etc.) and other customer research initiatives (online and offline surveys, focus groups, etc.) to inform content optimization and automation efforts across various marketing channels.

The optimal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Research, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or other quantitative field and at least 2 years of directly related experience. Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and related analytics tools is required for this position. The person applying for this position must be fluent in advanced Excel (statistical and data manipulation experience), have knowledge of SQL (or demonstrated ability to learn), and experience with SAS, R, or other statistical analysis packages.
