A new extreme gym in West Goshen brings the edge-of-your-seat excitement of American Ninja Warrior within arm’s reach — for both first-time adventure seekers and elite athletes.

As a result of “two years going through hell to make it happen,” Owner Mark Falcone’s iCore Fitness gym boasts “the first straight-line metal-fabricated Ninja Warrior course in the country,” he said in a Daily Local News report this week. “… No one’s ever done this before. We’re kind of blazing our own trail. It’s the new movement. We want to brand the new way to get fit.”

Within the walls of the fully-outfitted 10,000-square-foot facility, there’s the tougher-than-TV obstacle course, tractor tires, rock climbing walls, trampolines, jumping pillow, foam pit, zip line and more — pretty much everything someone would need to train for any variety of extreme sport, from Tough Mudders to Spartan Races.

“It gives you a new perspective,” Falcone concluded in the article. “We want to not only change physically but also mentally the way people look at life. Our mantra is life’s full of obstacles. Overcoming those obstacles is how you have a full life.”
