Unruh Turner Burke & Frees Adds To Its Reputation With New Partners

Two new partners and a new shareholder will bring their reputations to the forefront of Chester County’s expansive practice of Unruh Turner Burke & Frees Attorneys at Law.

From among the firm’s 22 lawyers based in West Chester, Phoenixville and Paoli offices, Amanda J. Sundquist and Christopher L. Turner have just been named as partners while Denise Werkley has been promoted to shareholder, according to an announcement this week. All three have been with the law firm for nearly a decade.

Sundquist specializes in municipal, land use, zoning and school law, and she invests time outside of work in the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce and the Chester County Workforce Investment Board, among other organizations.

Turner’s practice focuses on civil litigation issues like real estate disputes, breach of contract matters, commercial litigation, orphans’ court litigation and landlord/tenant actions.

Fellow partner Werkley’s niche is in representing lenders and borrowers in loan transactions as well as counseling small and large businesses and entrepreneurial clients with respect to various business issues.
