Endo International has agreed to sell its American Medical Systems’ men’s and prostate health businesses to Boston Scientific for $1.65 billion, Philadelphia Business Journal is reporting.

Endo, based in Malvern and Dublin, Ireland, could receive an additional $50 million if the business hits unspecified revenue targets in 2016. Endo is also evaluating possibilities for its AMS women’s health business.
