In an effort to connect the community of Chester County with transportation issues and congestion mitigation projects, the Transportation Management Association of Chester County (TMACC) has struck a media partnership with VISTA Today.

According to a questionnaire conducted by the Chester County Economic Development Council a majority of residents are deeply concerned with improving transportation.

TMACC Executive Director, P. Timothy Phelps, says the partnership is strategically aimed to keep residents informed: “TMACC receives and processes an expansive amount of information on transportation projects for Chester County, as well as regional projects, that affect people’s daily commutes.  Utilizing VISTA Today as a media partner will allow TMACC to distribute updates quickly.”

“[VISTA Today] is a different media outlet.  It’s new, it’s relative, and it’s positive.  This is where the county’s most influential decision makers get their Chester County news,” adds Ken Knickerbocker, publisher of VISTA Today.  “I used TMACC in the past to receive transportation updates, and they are always accurate.  Relying on accurate sources of information like TMACC expands our news topics, which will help to provide readers with a one stop source for all news in Chester County.”
