Victory’s Seasonal Hop Ranch Imperial IPA Now Available

By

Victory Brewing Company of Downingtown has re-released its seasonal offering, Hop Ranch Imperial IPA as of mid-December.

With an ABV of 9.0%, Hop Ranch Imperial India Pale Ale traces its roots to Victory’s Ranch series, a unique study of hops in which Victory’s brewmasters experimented with different hop varieties to showcase and celebrate a range of flavor profiles and distinctions.

Aromatic and floral, Hop Ranch Imperial IPA features full, juicy hop character, while offering notes of mango, pineapple and citrus pith. The use of Azacca and Mosaic hops lends a super tropical, tart citrus quality with a juicy body.

The concept of Hop Ranch was borne out of the creativity of the Victory brewmasters employing and tweaking different yeast and malt characteristics with their signature whole flower hops.

The brew’s name is meant to pay homage to the hop farmers who work their ranches each and every day to enable craft breweries to create the most superior, consistently flavorful product to craft beer fans nationwide.

Victory Brewing Company uses whole flower hops in every beer they produce and would be unable to provide rich flavor brews without the hardworking ranchers and farmers growing superior ingredients.

“The Ranch series transpired due to our strong desire to push the flavor boundaries of the traditional IPA,” says President and Brewmaster, Bill Covaleski.

“With Hop Ranch, we took the complexity of Azzaca and Mosaic hops and created an intensely flavorful brew dedicated to our loyal IPA fans.”

Hop Ranch is available now until February at craft beer bars, bottle shops, beer distributors and major gourmet grocery stores, including Whole Foods and Wegmans, throughout Victory’s 35 state distribution footprint.
