A luxurious lobby, relaxing indoor pool and convenient underground parking are just the start of the Hankin Group’s newest senior living offering at its innovative and award-winning Eagleview community outside of Exton.
The five-story Meridian luxury apartment building will feature 162 residences that boast granite countertops, designer kitchens, balconies, walk-in closets, stainless steel appliances and much more, the company’s Hankin Apartments division recently announced.
When Meridian at Eagleview opens in the summer of 2016, prospective 55-and-older residents will have the choice of one- or two-bedroom apartments with 880 to 1,575 square feet. And their prominent brick and cast stone home will be surrounded by a beautiful, sustainable and walkable mixed-use community filled with shops, offices, restaurants, town center events, parks and trails.
The complex itself will offer amenities like a fully equipped fitness center, club room with flat screen TVs and Wi-Fi, lounge areas, a library, billiards, grilling stations, elevators, trash chutes, recycling collection, storage and more.
As is standard with the Hankin Group, which has been building and managing top-rated communities in highly desirable locations throughout Chester County for 50 years, innovative and sustainable development is a high priority for the new Meridian luxury project, for which it is pursuing LEED certification.
