The life of a Malvern entrepreneur may change forever Friday night after he unveils to a national audience on hit ABC reality show “Shark Tank” the high-tech product he created to change the lives of others in an emergency.

Phil Reitnour’s EmergenSee mobile app turns your smartphone or tablet into a real-time first responder by streaming “live video, audio, GPS location and movements while contacting help … (so) EmergenSee personnel and your own selected contacts can see, hear and respond to the situation in real time,” the Philadelphia Business Journal recently reported.

Reitnour’s pitch in front of the famous panel of potential investors was one of just 112 to make it into this season of the show, for which 35,000 applied. The episode airs at 9 p.m.
