After enduring the sudden 2011 death of her 22-year-old son and then rising to notoriety as the winner of the Food Network’s Mother’s Day episode of Chopped this year, a longtime Kennett Square kitchen competitor has finally found the right ingredients for a blog: life, love and the healing power of food.

Lisa Keys’ blog, Good Grief Cook, “is about me not wanting to forget William. After doing Chopped, it was a huge part of my grief journey. I think part of getting through it is trying to figure out ways to celebrate your kid,” she told Main Line Today during a recent interview.
