International Commercial Television, Inc. (ICTL) of Wayne appears poised to expand its television health and beauty marketing in Canada.

The direct response marketing and branding company has chosen Vancouver-based Contact Financial Corp. to help launch a new advertising campaign.

“We are pleased to add Contact Financial to our strategic corporate communications team,” said Richard Ransom, ICTV’s president. “In conjunction with our listing on the Canadian Stock Exchange in April, we believe this is the next step in supporting our current Canadian shareholders, as well as expanding our shareholder base around the world.”

Contact is a broad-based strategic marketing and communications firm with experience in creating exposure for small- to mid-cap companies. The firm is headed by Kirk Gamley and also has offices in Toronto, Montreal, and affiliate offices in the U.S. and Europe.

Contact will advise the ICTL about corporate development, production and distribution of investor-focused communication tools, and raise awareness about ICTL within the financial community.

ICTL sells health and beauty products through infomercials and other channels, primarily in the U.S. One of its successes is DermaWand, a skin care device that reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and helps improves skin tone and texture.  The firm has invested more than $15 million in direct television advertising for Dermawand, which it calls the most sought after beauty device in the U.S. skin care market.  ICTL was founded in 1993 and has headquarters in Wayne.

Contact Financial is one of Canada’s leading providers of outsourced investor relations services.
