The IBM company Fiberlink of Blue Bell recently recognized the Devon IT services firm DecisionOne as a perfect example of how mobile management and security can have a direct impact on engagement, employee efficiency and a company’s bottom line.

Fiberlink is a leader in enterprise mobility management (EMM), and said DecisionOne is successfully using Fiberlink’s MaaS360 mobile management system to securely manage employee-owned Android, iOS and Windows Phone devices.  The MaaS360 Secure Productivity Suite allows DecisionOne employees to safely access corporate data while preserving their privacy.

DecisionOne’s IT team is now developing and deploying apps to accelerate ticket resolution, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce employee travel spending and time by as much as 50 percent.
