Chester County Hospital Polo Cup Set For June 8
The eighth annual Chester County Hospital Polo Cup is set for Saturday, June 8, at the Brandywine Polo Club, 260 Polo Road, Toughkenamon.
The event is sponsored by the Turks Head Branch of The Women’s Auxiliary to Chester County Hospital and the medical staff. The club will open at 1:30 p.m. and festivities and the match begin at 3 p.m.
The fast-paced polo match is exciting for adults and children alike. There will be activities for children, and adults are invited to tailgate in the luxury of the VIP tent catered by Limoncello Ristorante.
There will be a selection of local wines, signature spirits, and decadent desserts from Cakes and Candies by Maryellen. Guests may enjoy a cold beverage and live music in the Beer Garden or watch the match from one of the private tents for families or businesses.
Proceeds benefit the Prenatal Clinic and Mother and Baby Pavilion at Chester County Hospital.
Chester County Hospital has been delivering hands-on OB/GYN care to uninsured and underinsured women, young mothers, and expectant parents at offices in West Chester and Kennett Square for more than 30 years. It offers reduced-rate gynecology care, affordable pre-natal care, and childbirth deliveries in a comfortable, personalized, first-rate setting, believing everyone deserves a health start in life.
