Fearless Restaurants is bringing a new concept and a name change to the Radnor Hotel’s restaurant and event space in Wayne, writes Emma Dooling for Philadelphia Business Journal.

The owner of the White Dog Café has taken over the hotel’s restaurant space at 591 E. Lancaster Avenue and will convert it this year to the Triple Crown Restaurant, Events, and Garden

“It will allow Fearless Restaurants to host larger events and galas that our current Main Line locations cannot accommodate,” managing partner Marty Grims said in a statement. “We are also looking forward to being part of this landmark Main Line hotel while bringing it a fresh, modern design and an elevated culinary experience.”

The two-phase rollout at the hotel will start in the spring.

The hotel ballroom and event space will be renovated with updates to the exterior and the 7,000-square-foot interior space, including new audio-visual amenities.

After that, the existing Glenmorgan Bar & Grill at the Radnor will be closed, and that space will be renovated.  Plans for a new menu and design are still being finalized.

The Radnor Hotel, owned by S.W. Bajus Ltd., has operated for more than 50 years.
