Hilton Garden Inn Offers Fine Dining in an Unexpected Setting

By

The Hilton Garden Inn in Exton/West Chester offers an amazing dining experience at its full-service restaurant and bar.

While mid-scale hotel chains do not usually attempt to attract local residents with their cuisine, Hilton Garden Inn Exton/West Chester is breaking that mold with a full-service restaurant and bar that has become a go-to place for breakfast or an evening out, writes Ken Alan for The Town Dish.

Complimenting his degree from the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College, head chef Milligan has over two decades of experience working in well-known restaurants. He also believes in the personal touch, often venturing outside of the kitchen to talk to guests and exchange jokes with regulars. His affinity for making rolls, biscuits, and desserts from scratch raises the bar even further.

The menu has something for everyone. The all-you-can-eat breakfast offers visitors the usual treats of fresh fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, scrambled eggs and bacon. It is accentuated with made-to-order items like specialty egg dishes, French toast and a signature chocolate chip pancake special.

But dinner is where the true magic happens, with its unusual array of appetizers including the pristine sesame-encrusted Ahi tuna sashimi with seaweed salad, cucumber relish, and a well-balanced wasabi cream. While seafood abounds, other options include blackened Angus burger or chicken Florentine.

The adjoining bar offers a wide selection of beers, wines, and spirits with several local brews on tap. There is also live acoustic music on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.
