Wayne actor Thomas Wilson, famously known for playing bully Biff Tannen in the Back to the Future franchise, definitely has an opinion about his character.

“I hate bullies,” Thomas F. Wilson said in his hour-long YouTube documentary “Humbly Super Famous.”

The Radnor High School graduate said he was a thin, lightweight, sensitive kid with asthma who was pushed around by bullies his whole life.

At one point, a bully punched him in the face and took his bike, writes Muhammad Jawad for BNN.

He still remembers how emotional it was for him at the audition reading with Crispin Glover, who played Biff’s victim, George McFly.

“I almost started to cry because I was looking at myself, being pushed around by a thousand bullies in a thousand different places,” Wilson said in the documentary.

Wilson said he had to change at that moment from internally believing he was a bully, that he’s really doing this and enjoying it, to an external approach because his heart couldn’t take it.

He was able to put his personal emotions aside to meet the requirements of Biff’s character, a role Wilson has become most famous for.
