Chef Fabio Viviani, known for his culinary prowess and enthusiasm, has helped transform a historic 19th-century bank into a premier steakhouse in West Chester, writes Pillar Real Estate Advisors.

The partnership between the three would soon become 9 Prime, a fine dining property that would blend historical reverence with contemporary flair. Great care was put into deciding the aesthetics and designs of the interior, and everyone involved considered it a labor of love.

Months of meticulous planning and restoration followed and then 9 Prime emerged as a testament to their dedication to bringing delicious food and events that would bring a once dormant space back to life.

9 Prime opened on Feb. 10, leading West Chester to boast a new gastronomic sanctuary where the echoes of the past come together with the promises of the future.
