Just over county lines, Autograph Brasserie’s White Cosmo is a sparkling wine that will brighten up your summer. The Wayne restaurant’s take on the classic Cosmo adds sparkling wine and white cranberry for an iconic flavor.

Iron Hill Brewery‘s Lemon Cerveza is a lemony, Mexican-style lager which makes you feel like you are in the tropics.

Fluffy Sunshine by Locust Lane in Malvern is a cloudy ale brewed with Citra, Simcoe, and Cascade hops. The resulting citrus and grapefruit flavors are delicious.

Sovana Bistro in Kennett Square has Keep Me Floating, a warm-weather creation combining sparkling wine, citrus aperitivo, and St. Germain, with lemon and orange-honey syrup.

Meanwhile, Stolen Sun Brewing’s New Exton IPA offers a myriad of tropical flavors.
