The Berwyn-native and brains behind critically acclaimed HBO Series: Mare of Easttown is heading to Hunterdon County in New Jersey to film a new thriller, writes Franki Rudnesky for PhillyVoice.

Echo Valley takes place in southeast Pennsylvania and stars Julianne Moore and Sydney Sweeney as a horse trainer and her daughter.

The production will shoot scenes in Hunterdon starting in June. BAFTA-award winner Michael Pearce will direct the film, and The Last Duel’s director Ridley Scott is the producer.

Brad Ingelsby, an Archbishop John Carrol High and Villanova University graduate, made Mare of Easttown popular in the Philadelphia region for its authentic Delco accents. The HBO series took home four Emmys.

Ingelsby’s newest film will be streaming on Apple TV+. A release date is yet to be announced.
